Should be an ARAMCO-approved EHS Supervisor with an Oil and Gas experience background. Prepare all EHS-related documents (EHS plan, emergency response plan, RA, etc.). Attend all EHS meetings with client and project team. Report all EHS related issues to HO. Provide EHS induction training to new workers. Conduct daily EHS inspections for assigned zone. Ensure appropriate safe work permits are taken by Engineers/Supervisors from Clients/Main Contractors. Conduct risk-assessment throughout site. Ensure toolbox talk is properly delivered. Ensure all personnel are wearing PPE. Conduct investigations in case of minor or major incidents/accidents. Maintain all documentation related to EHS activities. Establishing, monitoring, appraising & coordinating upgraded version of integrated health, safety & environment management system (ISO-45001:2018, ISO14001:2015 and ISO 9001). Conducting training programs on EHS topics. Preparing EHS Plan and Environment Management Plan. Coordinating External EHS Audits & Third Party Inspections. Preparing Emergency Preparedness Plan and Conducting Emergency Drills.
