Responsibilities include order handling with 90% SLA target, shipment readiness confirmation with 90% daily target, documentation and customs tracking with 90% daily target, billing and invoicing with 80% accuracy target, financial hygiene and accrual compliance with 100% completeness, tracker and reporting with 95% completeness, volume monitoring and escalation with 100% compliance, depot platform record management with 100% daily target, customer issue ownership, customer satisfaction, claims management, and continuous improvement.
