Service Delivery Manager responsible for ensuring Baker Hughes maximizes short- and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection. Responsibilities include: ensuring all activities are carried out according to non-negotiables and cultural pillars, collaborating with sales teams and direct interaction with customers for assigned areas to understand the activity forecast, ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume, ensuring the team fully understands the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio, developing team in line with competency and training programs, and overseeing the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant subject, more than 14 years of experience in oilfield services industry, proven experience in Cementing business and operations, at least 3 years of sales experience, demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of 80+ employees.
