We are looking for a highly driven Strategy & Operations Lead to partner directly with the General Manager, KSA in building and scaling Huspy's real estate business in Saudi Arabia. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. You will help design the operating model, establish scalable processes, and drive strategic initiatives as we build the Saudi business from the ground up. Responsibilities include: partnering with the General Manager to define and execute the growth strategy for the Saudi market, designing and optimizing the operating model, building and implementing scalable SOPs and operational processes, working with developers and strategic partners, designing commission structures, supporting business planning and P&L tracking, analyzing business performance, driving cross-functional projects, building dashboards and performance metrics, and supporting hiring and organizational planning. Requirements: 3–4 years of experience in Consulting, Business Operations, or CEO Office roles; experience in high-growth startups, scale-ups, consulting, marketplace businesses, or proptech preferred; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience designing operational processes; comfortable working with data and business performance metrics; excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; entrepreneurial mindset.
