A Solution Advisor works closely with customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges and meet their strategic objectives using SAP solutions. As part of the sales team, the Solution Advisor is the subject matter expert responsible for functional and technical knowledge within the sales cycle. Responsibilities include participating in discovery sessions, executive meetings, delivering software demonstrations, participating in marketing events, leading Design Thinking sessions, and collaborating with the broader sales team. The role is part of a 10-month global development program (SAP Academy for Customer Success) starting March 2027, designed for early-career talent. Requires 2-3 years of professional experience, technical and business process knowledge, AI fundamentals understanding, strong business acumen, and proficiency in English.
