To coordinate and oversee the Permit to Work (PTW) process for mechanical isolation activities, ensuring safe execution of high-risk work on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and process systems. The role independently verifies isolation documentation, enforces LOTO and PTW compliance, and supports the PTW Control Room by managing permit activation, suspension, or closure where safety requirements are not met, while facilitating safe isolation and de-isolation in accordance with IMI procedures.
