Ensure the fastest development of profitable sales growth within the market in all channels in line with GROHE's Mission. The primary purpose of the role is to achieve annual sales targets, drive the increase in market share within this sector and enhance the geographical presence of Grohe within the Country. Responsibilities include strategic planning for channel development, delivering Sales Mission in line with corporate objectives and KPIs, project management, aligning with Line Manager on mid and long-term strategies, providing high quality information and analysis, identifying key channels and targets, forecasting project sales, maintaining professional relationships with designers and architects, and maintaining database of key project contacts.
