The Logistics Coordinator at MAKEEN supports day-to-day logistics and shipments expediting by ensuring timely coordination of shipment, customs clearance and documentation. This role assists in optimizing logistics processes and acts as a liaison between internal departments and external service providers to ensure accurate and on-time delivery. Key responsibilities include coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, expediting with suppliers and transporters, maintaining accurate records, updating logistics data into IFS systems, applying for customs clearance requirements (SABER, FASAH), handling delivery to government locations, and escalating delays to the Logistics Manager.
