PJT Partners is seeking to hire a compliance professional covering business lines operating on behalf of PJT Partners (Saudi Arabia). This is a new, stand-alone role reporting into the Head of Compliance for the Middle East (based in Dubai). Responsibilities include: ensuring policies and procedures governing activities are current and meet local regulatory expectations, advising Strategic Advisory and Restructuring teams in Saudi Arabia, facilitating regulatory interactions and reporting with the Capital Market Authority (CMA), monitoring licensing and registration requirements, tracking and advising on regulatory developments, providing local support for Finance and Operations functions, and connecting the Saudi team with colleagues in London and New York. Requirements: 5 years' experience as a compliance professional, Bachelor's degree, strong knowledge of CMA rules, familiarity with M&A and capital markets, fluency in Arabic and English, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
