The Security Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Security Services engagements, leveraging global delivery capabilities, standardized methods, tools, training, and assets. This role provides technical and delivery leadership across security programs, ensuring high-quality outcomes, strong governance, and alignment with organizational and client expectations. Key responsibilities include: leading end-to-end delivery of Security Services projects, acting as subject matter expert in SOC planning and SIEM platforms (preferably Splunk SIEM), proactively identifying and mitigating delivery and technical risks, mentoring and coaching team members, and ensuring security delivery processes meet governance, audit, and compliance requirements.
